The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates for various banking roles. This individual will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent in a competitive banking landscape.

  • Partner with hiring managers to draft and finalize job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate the interview process and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance the company's presence in the talent market.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking positions and requirements.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Certifications like Certified Recruitment Professional (CRP) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) are a plus.
