المسؤوليات
You will own community at BrainsMingle end to end: building our own communities, making the communities on our platform succeed, running community directly for a key client account, and building BrainsMingle's community-of-practice, our own version of CMX, that trains and certifies community builders and makes us the home of the profession in our market.
This is not a moderator job and not a social-media job. You are the person who knows how thriving communities are built, grown, and monetized, and you're here to prove it on our platform, systematize it, and then teach an entire industry to do it our way.
What you'll do
- Run communities directly. Including hands-on management of a specific client's community: events, onboarding, moderation, engagement, reporting. You'll be in it daily, not supervising from above.
- Make communities succeed. Own the health of communities across our B2B tenants and B2C owners: attendance, engagement, retention, and monetization. Spot the ones about to die and intervene before they do.
- Build the playbook. Turn what you know and what you learn into repeatable systems: onboarding flows, event formats, engagement tactics, monetization models, launch plans. This is what lets us scale community beyond any one person.
- Build BrainsMingle's community of practice (our CMX). Design and launch the program that brings community builders together, teaches them, certifies them, and gives them a professional home on our platform. Academy content, cohort programs, events, and the standards that define good community management in our market. This is a flagship mandate, and you'll own it.
- Teach and enable. Coach community owners and train other community managers. You'll be the standard everyone else learns from.
- Drive monetization. Help community owners price, package, and convert members into paying subscribers. A community that doesn't earn doesn't survive, and you know how to change that.
- Feed the product. You'll be closer to real community operations than anyone here. What you do manually today is what we build into the product tomorrow. You'll tell the product team what to build.
المتطلبات
What you must have
Hard requirements. Don't apply if you can't show them.
- 5+ years building and growing real communities from zero to scale. Not managing social accounts.
- Deep, hands-on mastery of Circle and Skool or similar platforms, plus fluency across the wider landscape (Mighty Networks, Discord, Slack communities, Kajabi, whatever you've actually run). You know these platforms inside out: their strengths, their limits, and how to get results on them.
- You've built a program that made other community builders better. A cohort, an academy, a certification, a community of practice, a training system. You've created the thing people learn from, not just done the work yourself. This is central to the role, so lead with it.
- A track record of monetized communities. You've turned members into paying members.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You'll create content, run sessions, work with international clients, and set the standard for a professional audience.
- Immediate availability. We need you now, not in three months.
You must show us proof
Applications without concrete examples will be ignored. We want to see:
- Specific communities you've built or grown, with real numbers (members, engagement, retention, revenue) and your actual role in them.
- At least one community you took from launch to active and thriving, and exactly what you did to get there.
- A program, course, cohort, or community of practice you built for other community builders, and what it produced.
- An example of a community you turned around or monetized.
Who thrives here
- You're a builder, not a maintainer. An empty page is an opportunity, not a threat.
- You move between altitudes in the same week: moderating a chat on Monday, designing a certification program on Friday.
- You move fast, own outcomes, and don't wait to be told what to do.
- You're comfortable in a startup: ambiguity, shifting priorities, real responsibility from day one.
Why this is worth it
You'll define how community works at BrainsMingle from the ground up, and then define how it works for an entire market by building the professional home community builders in our region don't have yet. You'll have the autonomy to build it your way and a direct line to product to make the platform itself better. If you've been running communities inside someone else's rules and wanted to build the thing everyone else follows, this is that.
