Role Overview:
Eatigo Foods, an exciting new startup in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee all aspects of the company's human resources function
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accurate and timely employee payroll, benefits, and deductions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
• Design and execute programs to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Plan company events, team building activities, and employee recognition initiatives
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to drive continuous improvements
• Develop and administer effective performance review processes
• Partner with managers on goal-setting, feedback, and training/development
• Collaborate with marketing to cultivate Eatigo Foods' employer brand and value proposition
• Represent the company at industry events and job fairs to attract top talent
• Manage the company's presence on employer review sites and job boards

This HR Business Partner role will oversee the full scope of human resources functions to support Eatigo Foods' rapid growth as a new startup in the F&B industry

• 2-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic, startup setting
• preferred to have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
