We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is crucial in developing innovative and effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning experiences for our employees.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze training needs and develop instructional materials tailored to the construction workforce.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and update instructional materials to reflect industry standards and company policies.
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track training progress and generate reports for management.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide support for trainers and participants. Maintain a strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and training development, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and assessment techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in hosting and managing online training.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
