As a Project Controls Engineer at our leading construction firm, you will play a critical role in driving project success through strategic planning, scheduling, and cost management. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards and client expectations. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software.
- Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication of project status and challenges.
- Prepare detailed project reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices and standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure the timely follow-up of actions and decisions made.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance issues relevant to construction projects.
