Senior Civil Engineer

The Senior Civil Engineer will lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. As a key member of our engineering team, this role requires innovative problem solving, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and the ability to provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to inform project design and implementation.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff and interns.
- Prepare detailed design and specification documents for construction teams.
- Review and approve project designs, calculations, and technical reports.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols during construction phases.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles, materials, and methods.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000).
- Excellent project management skills with a proven history of managing large-scale projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-engineers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
