Production Oversight & Follow-Up

• Daily Monitoring: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are executed flawlessly and resources (manpower, machinery, materials) are optimized.
• Bottleneck Resolution: Actively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production delays, equipment downtimes, or material shortages to minimize disruptions.
• Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the Production Manager to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall line efficiency.

2. Quality Standards & Compliance

• Standard Enforcement: Ensure all production processes strictly adhere to company quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, GMP) and safety standards.
• Defect Reduction: Monitor product quality on the floor, initiate corrective actions for deviations, and participate in root-cause analysis for quality failures.
• Audit Readiness: Assist in preparing the manufacturing plant for internal and external quality, safety, and regulatory audits.

3. KPI Tracking & Performance Management

• Metric Monitoring: Deeply understand, track, and analyze critical manufacturing KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including:
• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery rates
• Yield / Scrap Rates (Material variance)
• Downtime (Planned vs. Unplanned)
• Labor Efficiency / Productivity
• Continuous Improvement: Use KPI data to identify trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S).

4. Reporting & Communication

• Management Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present vital operational reports to senior management, translating floor data into actionable insights.
• Critical Alerts: Escalate major production roadblocks, safety incidents, or severe quality deviations to management immediately with proposed solutions.
• Shift Handovers: Manage and verify accuracy in shift-end reports to ensure seamless continuity between production teams.
