We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to join our finance team in the Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, facilitating compliance, and supporting our operational efficiency through effective financial management. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization while working in a dynamic and innovative sector.

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for ongoing projects and operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
