As a Buffet Worker in our bustling Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals company, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our employees. You will be responsible for maintaining the buffet area, efficiently serving food, and adhering to health and safety standards. - Prepare and set up the buffet area prior to meal service, ensuring all food items are well-presented and properly labeled.
- Serve food to employees during designated meal times, adhering to portion control and dietary guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet and dining areas throughout service hours.
- Restock food, beverages, and utensils as required to ensure continuous service.
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, properly disposing of expired or contaminated items.
- Assist with pre and post event logistics, including meal inventory management and equipment cleaning.
المتطلبات
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional food handling or health certification preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, cafeteria, or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
