Electrical Production Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Production Engineer with around 3 years of experience to oversee production activities, ensure product quality, and improve manufacturing efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in the lighting products manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

المسؤوليات

· Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved. · Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. · Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow. · Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions. · Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. · Prepare daily and weekly production reports. · Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste. · Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE regulations.

المتطلبات

·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
·      3 years of experience as a Production Engineer in the lighting products manufacturing industry.
·      Good knowledge of lighting production processes, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
·      Experience in production planning and process improvement.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
