Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer - Infrastructure Projects

Responsible for preparing and reviewing all technical documentation related to mechanical systems in infrastructure projects. Ensures that all designs, materials, and installations comply with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to ensure compliance with client requirements and standards.
• Prepare and verify mechanical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with design teams, site engineers, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and design conflicts.
• Support the project team in preparing cost estimates, technical offers, and quantity take-offs.
• Follow up on approvals with consultants and clients for materials and drawings.
• Participate in preparing and reviewing project documentation including RFIs, variation orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure the mechanical scope of work (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to the site team and ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental standards within the scope of mechanical works.

• 5–7 years of experience in technical office work within infrastructure or electromechanical projects.
