Production Planning Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Planning Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical panels manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of panel assembly processes, IEC standards, and production workflows. This role requires close coordination with production and engineering teams to ensure accurate scheduling and efficient execution of all panel-building activities.

• Develop, update, and manage detailed production schedules for LV and MV panel manufacturing.
• Coordinate with the production team to align daily and weekly plans with material availability and capacity.
• Review technical drawings, BOMs, and project specifications to determine production requirements.
• Ensure all planned activities comply with IEC standards and internal quality requirements.
• Analyze capacity, workload, and resource utilization to improve production efficiency.
• Prepare status updates, scheduling reports, and production performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and production teams for smooth workflow integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in production planning within LV/MV electrical panel manufacturing.
• Strong technical understanding of LV & MV distribution systems, panel types, and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of IEC standards related to electrical panels and switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret SLDs, technical drawings, and BOMs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and planning tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
