Senior Mechanical Production Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Production Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing, preferably within the electrical panels industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sheet metal production processes and hands-on experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Location: 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt
Shift: Night Shift

• Manage and supervise daily production activities within the sheet metal section.
• Ensure production plans are achieved according to quality and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Review and optimize sheet metal designs for manufacturing and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
• Analyze production problems and implement effective corrective actions.
• Follow up on material usage, production efficiency, and process performance.
• Support the development and training of production team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in mechanical production and sheet metal manufacturing.
• Experience in electrical panels manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and production processes.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of mechanical drawings, dimensions, and manufacturing requirements.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
• Willingness to work in 6th of October City.
