IT Operation Specialist

To Join our dynamic IT team to implement and manage IT service operations across HAC’s infrastructure, telecommunications, security, systems, and support. You will play a key role in ensuring business continuity, stability, and security, while aligning IT Service HUB operations with the group’s business strategies.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies, supporting a zero-accident culture.
- Implement and monitor network and telecommunication infrastructure for maximum security and availability.
- Manage server backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Oversee helpdesk and support services to ensure secure operations and data integrity.
- Administer application servers and remote services.
- Maintain server hardware and operating systems for optimal performance.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or Computer Science.
- 2–4 years of IT operations experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Professional experience in telecommunications and IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of servers, networking, telecommunications, security, hardware/software, and technology.
- Arabic (native), English (fluent).
