We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BMS/Digital Delivery Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and management of Building Management Systems (BMS) and digital delivery strategies for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of BMS technologies and a proven ability to liaise with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and project success.

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Building Management Systems across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to define BMS requirements and ensure integration with overall project design.
- Develop and oversee digital delivery processes to enhance project execution and performance.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure reliability and effectiveness of BMS.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Conduct site assessments and evaluations of BMS technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in BMS technology.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems and digital delivery in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting control, and other critical BMS components.
- Proven experience with project management and deliverable timelines in a construction environment.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BMS programming languages.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively work with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
