The Senior Digital Delivery Engineer plays a pivotal role in leading our digital transformation initiatives within the construction industry. This position is responsible for the strategic implementation of digital solutions that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the design and implementation of digital delivery systems and processes across construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure digital solutions meet project requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate new digital technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), into existing workflows.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and team members on digital delivery best practices and tools.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to assess the performance of digital initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies related to digital delivery and project management.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to enhance digital capabilities.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital engineering or a related role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of digital construction processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
