Senior IT Operation Specialist

To Deliver smart and effective IT solutions to empower business users, support departmental KPIs, and contribute to organizational objectives. Ensure that safety and compliance remain core pillars of IT operations.
المسؤوليات
- Perform system administration and second-line support: monitor hardware, servers, and critical processes; manage backups and disaster recovery; maintain system integrity and performance.
- Manage user accounts (Active Directory, email, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software failures; coordinate with concerned stakeholders.
- Apply OS patches, upgrades, and configure new services.
- Support IT Service HUB operations across multiple sites.
- Apply and align IT policies and procedures to enhance business effectiveness.
- Contribute to Health & Safety performance, ensuring compliance with group policies.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or Computer Science.
- ITIL certification is preferred.
- 4–6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in a similar role.
- Experience in medium to large IT support environments, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
