We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Materials Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Architecture & Civil division. This role will focus on the development and application of advanced materials for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science specific to civil engineering applications and demonstrate expertise in innovative material selection and testing protocols.

- Lead the design, evaluation, and testing of construction materials, ensuring their suitability for architectural and civil projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to determine material specifications and performance criteria for projects.
- Conduct research on emerging materials and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, material specifications, and presentations for both internal teams and clients.
- Oversee quality assurance processes for materials used in construction, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior engineers and team members on materials technologies and their application in construction.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in materials engineering, particularly in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of material properties, testing methods, and performance evaluation standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software and materials testing tools and instruments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for evaluating material performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of effective collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
