Senior QC Engineer MEP

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our dynamic team at a large-scale construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of MEP installations in line with project specifications and industry standards. This is a pivotal role that requires strong technical expertise in MEP systems as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards throughout all project phases.

- Develop and implement quality control plans specific to MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and testing of MEP installations to verify adherence to project specifications.
- Review and analyze subcontractor quality documentation and reports, providing guidance on necessary improvements and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and field teams to identify and resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality control records and documentation for all MEP related work.
- Train and mentor junior QC engineers and inspection staff, promoting a quality-focused culture within the team.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry, with a focus on MEP systems.
- Proven experience in managing quality control processes and teams on large construction projects.
- Strong understanding of codes, standards, and best practices related to MEP systems (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
