Senior Site Engineer

The Senior Site Engineer – Civil is responsible for supervising and managing all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedule, quality standards, and HSE requirements. The role includes coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and other project disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on-site. * Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues. * Review shop drawings and method statements before execution. * Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements. * Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions. * Review material requirements and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams. * Verify quantities executed and support the preparation of invoices and progress payments. * Attend site meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders. * Mentor and guide junior site engineers.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * 7–10 years of experience in civil construction projects. * Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is preferred. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, concrete works, finishing, and structural activities. * Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Technical Skills * AutoCAD. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Primavera P6 (preferred). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
