Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to coordinate project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide technical advice and solve problems on site as they arise during construction.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend contractors, suppliers, and material purchases.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure construction standards are met.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Arch. Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
