We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in a large-scale construction environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. (Ras EL Hekma)
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver project specifications effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports related to site progress.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or costs.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of safety and professional development.
- Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering, with a focus on site management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and AutoCAD; experience with BIM is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project demands.
