Design & Technical

• Review IFC drawings and tender documents.
• Prepare electrical shop drawings for:
• Power systems
• Lighting
• Cable routing
• Earthing & Lightning
• Low current (ELV)
• Develop electrical BIM models using Revit
• Perform clashes & coordination using Navisworks

Procurement & Materials

• Prepare and submit electrical material submittals
• Review vendor quotations technically
• Ensure compliance with international standards & project specs

Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Mechanical team
• Civil and architectural
• Draftsmanship team
• Site execution
• Follow consultant comments and close-out documentation

Documentation

• Prepare reports, schedules and tracking logs such as:
• Material status
• RFI status
• Drawings status
• Prepare installation method statements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 3–5 years experience in MEP contracting
• Strong background in LV ELV and light current systems
• Experience with BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)
• Familiar with NEC, BS, IEC electrical standards

Skills

• Strong AutoCAD & Revit experience
• Navisworks clash detection
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of project life cycle
• Familiar with construction site installation requirements
