We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Anti Money Laundering (AML) Specialist to join our dynamic compliance team in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to regulatory adherence while safeguarding our clients and the organization from potential financial crimes. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of AML regulations and best practices, as well as experience in monitoring and reporting suspicious activities.

  • Conduct thorough investigations of potential money laundering activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective AML policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor transactions to identify unusual patterns and conduct detailed analyses of customer behavior.
  • Prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to regulatory authorities when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to educate and promote compliance with AML policies across the organization.
  • Review and refine the customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures as needed.
  • Stay updated on changes in AML regulations and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Anti Money Laundering, fraud detection, or compliance roles, preferably within the outsourcing or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of applicable AML laws and regulations, including FATF, BSA, and OFAC guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and AML software solutions (e.g., Actimize, SAS, etc.).
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to report findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
