Projects Engineer (Electrical)

A Project Engineer (Electrical) is an engineer who manages and oversees the electrical aspects of projects from planning to execution. The role blends technical electrical engineering expertise with project management responsibilities.

• Electrical Oversight: Monitor and follow up on all electrical project activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
• Project Management: Develop and manage project plans covering scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Technical Support: Provide engineering expertise, resolve technical issues, and guide the project team throughout the lifecycle.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and regularly update stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handover Management: Oversee and ensure proper handover of electrical work from contractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering along with electrical experience.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in project management and engineering software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of core engineering principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective team collaboration skills.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and applying critical thinking to solve complex technical challenges.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
