The Senior Product Manager at our company will spearhead the development and execution of innovative agricultural product strategies, aligning customer needs with our mission to enhance sustainability and productivity in the agriculture and environment sectors. This role is instrumental in driving product vision and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that address market challenges.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch for new agricultural solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Define and prioritize product features, roadmaps, and release schedules based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry experts, to support product positioning and strategy.
- Utilize data and metrics to analyze product performance and drive continuous improvement efforts in product offerings.
- Create and implement product training for internal teams and customers, ensuring comprehensive understanding of features and benefits.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the agriculture or environmental sectors.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with sustainability practices and trends within the agricultural industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed.
- Passion for agriculture and environmental sustainability.
