We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our dynamic team within the Information Technology and Computer Software/Hardware industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications through rigorous testing methodologies. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about technology.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and requirements.
- Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Log, track, and manage defects using tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up on identified issues.
- Participate in code reviews and identify areas for improvement in software functionality and performance.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
