Pharmacist

We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Pharmacists to join our team at Seif Pharmacies in Cairo.

The role involves providing pharmaceutical services, dispensing medications, advising customers, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy practice.

Fresh graduates (post Co-op) and experienced pharmacists are welcome to apply.

Clinical Excellence: Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Advanced Patient Counseling: Provide in-depth consultation on medication therapy management, drug interactions, and lifestyle integration for complex cases.

Operational Leadership: Oversee inventory management, optimize stock systems, and implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Team Development: Mentor junior pharmacists, assistants, and trainees to build a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

Community Engagement: Act as a trusted healthcare advisor, driving preventive care initiatives, awareness campaigns, and patient education programs.

Innovation & Integration: Contribute to the adoption of new pharmacy technologies, digital health platforms, and expanded clinical services.

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (advanced certifications or postgraduate studies preferred).

Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in Egypt.

Must have completed Co-op year.

Net standard income range: EGP 10,400 - EGP 18,800

Holiday credits: 21 days (per year) in addition to public holidays
