The Fleet Transportation Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, managing fleet dispatch activities, and ensuring smooth execution of distribution plans. The role involves driver allocation, route scheduling, fleet maintenance coordination, and operational follow-up to ensure timely and efficient delivery execution.
المسؤوليات
- Execute and monitor daily distribution plans in coordination with warehouse operations and planning team.
- Organize vehicle dispatch schedules based on priority and operational requirements.
- Assign drivers to outbound routes and ensure proper shift allocation.
- Ensure completion of pre-trip vehicle inspection checklists for all fleet units.
- Manage operational communication groups and ensure timely dissemination of instructions.
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle dispatching, route planning, and driver allocation.
- Ability to coordinate daily distribution plans with warehouse and planning teams.
- Good understanding of pre-trip vehicle inspection procedures and safety requirements.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operational requirements.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational changes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, when required.

Working Days: 6 days per week, with Friday as a fixed day off.
Shifts: Rotational shifts.
