Last Mile Coordinator

Ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time without any issues related to quality or customer service, while ensuring that due payments are collected and properly handed over to the branch cash register.

Follow up with the maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are operational and ready for use, while taking necessary actions to send vehicles requiring maintenance on the same day by issuing work orders and coordinating closely to ensure their prompt return to service. Follow up with drivers to conduct periodic inspections of company vehicles and ensure adherence to scheduled maintenance plans. Follow up with drivers regarding the expiry dates of their driving licenses, granting them the necessary time to renew while ensuring compliance before expiration. Monitor vehicle licenses and their expiry dates and facilitate the renewal process by directing vehicles to traffic centers for inspection and collecting the renewed licenses. Monitor the compliance of delivery representatives and drivers with grooming standards, uniform requirements, and personal hygiene. Ensure that operations run smoothly to guarantee timely delivery of orders to customers with the highest quality standards, while promptly resolving team-related issues throughout the workday. Follow up on customer complaints through continuous coordination and communication with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Monitor the collection of due payments and ensure they are properly deposited into the branch cash register without any issues.

· Must have a bachelor’s degree. · Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination. (preferable) · Strong organizational and time-management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure. · Proficiency in logistics software and delivery management systems.
