Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic customer service team in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
المسؤوليات
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
المتطلبات
- Proven experience in a technical support role or customer service position, preferably in an IT or software environment.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software is a plus.
- Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
