Growth Data Analyst

The Growth Data Analyst will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our Fintech platform. The role involves developing and executing data-driven growth strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, conducting A/B tests, and running growth experiments to improve user onboarding, activation, and engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the specialist will analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and leverage market insights and digital marketing best practices to scale successful initiatives and support business growth.

•  Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our Fintech platform.

•  Develop and execute user acquisition strategies, conduct market research, and identify target audiences.

•  Optimize the conversion funnel by analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B tests, and improving user onboarding and activation.

•  Utilize data analysis tools to track key metrics, generate insights, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

•  Propose and execute growth experiments, iterate on successful strategies, and scale them up.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies and contribute to product enhancements.

•  Stay updated with industry trends and leverage best practices to drive growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.

• Experience in risk analysis is preferred.
