Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business growth, revenue, and expansion objectives.
Lead market research , competitor analysis , and opportunity assessment to identify new market ,locations , and growth channels.
Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support business expansion, new branch launches, and market penetration.
Lead , develop and manage the Marketing team , establishing clear performance standards and measurable objectives.
present strategic recommendation and growth plans to senior management, supported by market insights , performance data, and business projections.
Requirements
10-12 years of progressive marketing experience, including significant leadership and strategic planning exposure.
previous experience in expanding a business into new markets , launching new locations , or developing scalable growth strategies is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of revenue growth, conversion rates , ROI , and business performance KPIs.
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objective.
Strong commercial mindset, strategic thinking , analytical skills , and executive- level communication.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and driven results in a growth oriented environment.
Experience in Education and training industry is highly preferred.
