Role Overview:
Eatigo Foods, an exciting new startup in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee all financial operations and accounting functions for our manufacturing facility. This is a key role that will contribute to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of our factory.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle for the factory including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements specific to the factory's operations, including production costs, material usage, and inventory valuation
• Reconcile bank accounts, maintain fixed asset records, and ensure accurate tracking of all financial transactions at the factory level
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations as they pertain to manufacturing operations
• Partner with the factory manager and production team to provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support
• Implement and optimize accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets at the factory
• Liaise with the corporate accounting team, external auditors, and other financial stakeholders
• Research and recommend improvements to factory-level accounting systems and processes
• Train and manage any accounting support staff dedicated to the factory operations
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall financial strategy as it relates to manufacturing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• from 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and financial regulations for manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using accounting software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with personnel at all levels
