Job Overview:
As a Tele Sales Representative at Eatigo Foods, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing our product range, promoting offers, and closing sales. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and supporting our mission to bring top-quality frozen foods to every home. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about food and sales.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote Eatigo Foods products and services
• Introduce new products, answer customer queries, and provide product recommendations
• Understand customer needs, make tailored recommendations, and close sales
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information and sales progress
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new customers
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar sales role
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Passion for the food industry and knowledge of frozen foods is an advantage
