Civil PMO Engineer

We are seeking a Civil PMO Engineer to support the planning, monitoring, and coordination of civil projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved quality and performance standards.

• Support the planning, monitoring, and control of civil projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress plans using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collect and analyze progress data and prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Cost Control, Technical, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Identify schedule delays, risks, and potential issues, and support the development of corrective actions.
• Monitor project resources, productivity, and performance and highlight deviations to management.
• Support change management, variations, and claims by maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
• Ensure consistent application of PMO procedures, reporting standards, and project controls across projects.
• Participate in project review meetings and follow up on action items and key decisions.
• Support management in analyzing project performance and developing recovery and improvement plans. 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Project Management within civil construction.
• Strong experience in infrastructure, industrial, or contracting projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience with mega projects is highly preferred.
