Electrical PMO Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electrical PMO Team Leader to lead project management office activities for electrical projects, ensuring effective planning, project controls, performance monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Lead and manage the Electrical PMO team, ensuring effective project monitoring and control.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and performance management.
Monitor project performance against baseline schedules, budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
Identify risks, delays, and deviations and develop recovery and corrective action plans.
Coordinate with Project Management, Planning, Cost Control, Technical, Procurement, and Site teams.
Prepare and review weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Lead project review meetings and follow up on key actions, decisions, and deliverables.
Support change management, variations, claims, and project controls activities.
Establish and maintain standardized PMO processes, reporting systems, and performance standards.
Provide management with project forecasts, performance insights, and recommendations.
Mentor and develop PMO Engineers to improve project control and reporting capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Project Management.
Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Strong background in industrial, infrastructure, EPC, or contracting projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk management, and performance reporting.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing mega projects is highly preferred.
