Electrical Project Manager

The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, executing, and closing all electrical activities across assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and overseeing the integration of electrical works within MEP and infrastructure scopes.

• Manage and oversee all electrical project activities from planning through execution and handover.
• Review project designs, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper interface and integration.
• Lead the preparation and submission of technical submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, technical office teams, and subcontractors.
• Conduct progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams to track performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are implemented and maintained on site.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and profitability targets.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover processes.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and management updates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical project management within MEP or infrastructure projects, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in electrical infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
