Technical Office Roads BIM Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Office Roads BIM Engineer to support road and infrastructure projects through BIM modeling, technical documentation, design coordination, and quantity extraction. The role requires close coordination with site, design, and project teams to ensure accurate and constructible project deliverables.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for road and infrastructure works using Civil 3D.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate road designs with drainage, utilities, structures, and other disciplines.
• Perform quantity take-offs and generate quantities from BIM models.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues with relevant teams.
• Prepare RFIs, technical submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
• Ensure deliverables comply with project BIM standards, BEP, specifications, and client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Roads, Infrastructure, Technical Office, or BIM.
• Good knowledge of road design, earthworks, grading, alignments, profiles, corridors, and quantities.
• Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-offs, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM standards.
• Experience in mega infrastructure or contracting projects is highly preferred.
