Electrical Tender Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Electrical Engineer with strong experience in construction, infrastructure, and MEP projects, particularly involving high voltage systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFPs, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in response to client RFPs.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering to compile competitive bids.
• Ensure proposals are in line with client requirements and technical specs.
• Reports directly to the Head of the High Voltage Business Unit.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering, preferably in EPC, construction, or MEP sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in bid clarification meetings.
