Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR/Soft Skills Instructor to develop and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce. This role focuses on equipping employees with essential soft skills that improve communication, teamwork, and overall job performance across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in HR training methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs focusing on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance development opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce training needs and align programs with organizational objectives.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online content to support diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate training outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement in curriculum and delivery methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training, instructional design, or related fields.
- Proven experience in conducting training workshops and presentations.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop curriculum that meets the needs of diverse teams.
