Job Description

Employment: Full-time, on-site
A leading real estate developer with projects in West Cairo is growing its in-house sales team. We're hiring Property Consultants who have sold for a developer before.
Responsibilities
Sell residential and commercial units in the company's West Cairo projects
Handle walk-ins, leads, calls and site visits through to closing
Present projects, payment plans and unit details to clients clearly
Follow up with prospects and keep the CRM up to date
Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work at launches, events and the sales center as scheduled
Requirements
1–3 years in real estate sales with a developer (not brokerage)
Good knowledge of the West Cairo market
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Good spoken English
Bachelor's degree
Car is a plus
