Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team at East Oweinat, one of the leading companies in the Food & Beverages industry. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality product output while adhering to the company’s standards for safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency and quality compliance.
- Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of production processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and enforce safety and sanitation standards in the workplace.
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff on operational procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management within the food and beverages sector.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for production efficiency.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
