Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations. This role will be pivotal in managing cross-functional teams while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Report and escalate project risks and issues to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking paired with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
