BIM Coordinator Engineer MEP - Site

The Digital Engineering Coordinator serves as a key facilitator and leader in the integration and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and digital engineering practices within the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating digital engineering activities, overseeing clashes detection and resolution processes, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of BIM deliverables with project requirements and industry standards.

1.    Collaborate with project teams to support the creation and development of BIM models. 2.    Ensure that BIM models accurately represent project specifications and design intent. 3.    Coordinate digital engineering activities across multiple design packages, ensuring alignment with project standards and specifications. 4.    Utilize BIM software to conduct thorough clashes detection and analysis, identifying conflicts between different building elements, systems, and disciplines. 5.    Develop strategies for resolving clashes and conflicts identified during clashes detection, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to implement effective solutions. 6.    Oversee the quality control process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards. 7.    Implement BIM execution plans and BIM standards in coordination with the project delivery team. 8.    Participate in project coordination meetings.

1.    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. 2.    Proven experience 4 to 6 years in BIM implementation and management within the construction industry. 3.    In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies. 4.    Experience working on Autodesk ACC. 5.    Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
