BIM Manager MEP - Site

Roles & Responsibilities
1.    Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
2.    Support in development of department policies, procedures, and guidelines to govern digital engineering practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3.    Manage day-to-day operations, resource allocation, subcontracts and budget monitoring of the digital engineering department.
4.    Supervise engineering progress, ensuring best practices, proper workflows, and coordination meetings with other task or discipline teams.
5.    Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to digital engineering, BIM, and data management.
6.    Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Digital Engineering Leads and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
7.    Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of digital engineering deliverables.
8.    Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for the department.
9.    Build and maintain strong relationships with key projects stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns to align project objectives accordingly.
10. Stay updated with the best practices in digital engineering, BIM, and construction industry standards.
11. Foster a culture of open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration within the digital engineering department and across the organization.
12. Represent the department in technical meetings to ensure proper communication and collaboration with the project teams.
13. Represent the digital engineering department in external events, seminars, and industry forums, showcasing the organization's capabilities and thought leadership.

1.    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) preferred
2.    Extensive experience +11 years in digital engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and related technologies within the construction industry.
3.    In-depth knowledge and proficiency in BIM software and related technologies, and experience with Common Data Environments (CDEs), and project management software
4.    In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to digital engineering, BIM, and data management.
5.    Proven leadership experience, including managing and leading digital engineering teams
6.    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges associated with digital engineering activities
7.    Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and procedures to govern digital engineering practices
8.    Continuous learning mindset, with a commitment to staying updated with the latest best practices and advancements in digital engineering and construction industry standards
9.    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
