Senior Site Engineer - MEP

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer - MEP to lead and oversee MEP site operations, manage coordination between all parties, and ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to technical and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all MEP site activities to ensure work progress aligns with project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Review and validate shop drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on work status, risks, and site challenges.
- Ensure that all MEP installations are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage site engineers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and following up on performance.
- Support planning, resource allocation, and material management to avoid delays.
- Participate in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for MEP systems.
- Provide technical guidance and immediate solutions for any design or execution conflicts on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in MEP construction/site execution.
- Strong experience in managing MEP activities in large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of MEP systems, coordination, shop drawings, and technical compliance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Very good command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
