Site Section Head - MEP

We are looking for a Site Section Head – MEP to lead and supervise a specific section of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on site, ensuring smooth execution, quality compliance, and timely completion according to project requirements.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the assigned MEP section. • Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards. • Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to solve technical and site issues. • Monitor manpower, materials, and site progress for the assigned section. • Conduct inspections and ensure quality and safety compliance. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for the section. • Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. • Ensure smooth communication between site teams and the technical office.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 6–10 years of experience in MEP site supervision, with leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and site execution. • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. • Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills. • Very good command of English. • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
