Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives and support our operations in the fast-paced Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. This role will act as a bridge between our HR team and business units, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Design and implement effective training programs and career development pathways to support workforce growth.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies for high-volume recruitment.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring and cultural transformation efforts.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives across the business to create an equitable workplace.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the health of the organization and report findings to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a generalist or business partner role in the Outsourcing/Offshoring sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing HR metrics for decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in managing change and leading HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
