Job Description
The Production Specialist plays a critical role in the vaccine manufacturing process by ensuring the efficient and effective operation of vaccine processing. This position involves oversight of production methods, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols to maintain high standards in the production of poultry vaccines.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the production of poultry vaccines, including antigen preparation, formulation, and filling.
- Operate bioreactors, incubators, filtration, and sterilization equipment under GMP conditions.
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and safety protocols to ensure consistent quality and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain production documentation and logs for traceability and audits.
- Support aseptic techniques and ensure cleanroom standards are met.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, R&D, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Science, Biotechnology or Agriculture.
- 0-1 year of production work experience.
- Knowledge of GMP Principles.
- Good English Language level.
- Good Computer Skills
- Effective Communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to perform repetitive daily tasks within a teamwork environment.
